2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden when using the WeBeezzy platform:

• Harassment and Threats: Sending abusive, offensive, or threatening messages through any of WeBeezzy’s communication tools.
• Illegal Activities: Using the platform for any illegal purpose including fraud, money laundering, or distribution of prohibited content under French, EU, or U.S. law.
• Hate Speech and Discrimination: Promoting or inciting violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected statuses.
• Content Violations: Uploading content that is pornographic, obscene, defamatory, or infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Resource Abuse: Any excessive activity that degrades system performance, monopolizes server resources, or disrupts services for other users.

3. Reporting Abuse

Once a report is received, WeBeezzy will conduct an internal investigation. If abuse is verified, WeBeezzy reserves the right to:

• Issue formal warnings
• Suspend or restrict account access
• Permanently terminate accounts
• Report illegal behavior to the appropriate authorities

In serious cases, legal action may also be pursued.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

WeBeezzy may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse without prior notice to prevent further harm. Terminated accounts will lose access to all services, and no refunds or data recovery will be provided.

6. Platform Monitoring

Where legally permissible, WeBeezzy reserves the right to monitor platform activity to:

7. Misuse of the Reporting System
