Terms of Service – WeBeezzy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WeBeezzy platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not accept all the terms, you may not access the platform or use its services.

These Terms apply to all WeBeezzy offerings, including SaaS subscriptions, one-time services, and automation tools.

2. Platform Access, Eligibility, and User Obligations

• You must be at least 18 years old to use WeBeezzy. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to use WeBeezzy to send spam, transmit malicious content, engage in unlawful behavior, or misuse the SMS/email/AI features.
• Abuse of the platform may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without notice.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

• Users may start with a free 14-day trial. After the trial ends, the selected subscription plan will activate automatically and charges will apply.
• Users are responsible for managing or canceling their subscription before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
• All subscriptions renew automatically until canceled by the user.
• No refunds are issued under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction or unused time.
• Subscription pricing:
• Monthly Plan: $97/month
• Yearly Plan: $970/year (includes 2 months free)
• Users may upgrade or downgrade at any time by contacting support. WeBeezzy is not responsible for content loss or feature limitations resulting from downgrades.
• Pricing is subject to change with prior notice.

All payments are processed through secure third-party services (e.g., Stripe). WeBeezzy does not store credit card information.

B. Booster Start ($1,000 one-time + active subscription)

• 3-page website (template-based)
• On-page SEO
• Missed call text back setup
• Basic automations
• Full onboarding & platform configuration

C. Booster Pro ($2,500 one-time + active subscription)

• All of Booster Start
• Multi-page website or funnel
• Calendar & payment integration

D. VIP Support ($47/month)

• Priority responses (under 24h)
• 1-on-1 support calls
• Personalized troubleshooting assistance

E. Custom Web Design Packages

• Kickstart: $299 one-time + $96/year hosting
• Launchpad: $599 one-time + $96/year hosting
• Websites are built on WeBeezzy’s hosted system; export is not supported except for WordPress-based projects.

F. Buzz Harvest ($157/month or $1,884/year)

• Unlimited review workflows
• AI-generated replies
• Social media reposting of reviews
• Past client reactivation campaign
• SMS/email usage billed separately

G. Buzz Points ($57/month or $684/year)

• QR-code-based loyalty system
• Fully branded reward flows
• Unlimited scans, redemptions, and clients
• Real-time usage dashboard
• SMS/email usage billed separately

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• All platform branding, templates, workflows, automations, and AI tools remain the exclusive property of WeBeezzy.
• Content created or uploaded by users remains their property.
• WeBeezzy is not responsible for content loss or errors in AI-generated outputs.

7. Third-Party Tools & Dependencies

WeBeezzy is powered by GoHighLevel and uses third-party services such as Stripe (Payments), Twilio/LeadConnector (SMS, phone), Google API integrations. Use of the platform implies acceptance of third-party terms.

8. Data, Security, and Privacy

• Your data remains yours. We do not sell or share user data.
• All payments are processed via PCI-compliant third-party processors.
• WeBeezzy is not liable for breaches beyond our control.

9. Termination of Service

WeBeezzy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice for violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, or illegal use.

10. Affiliate Program

• Affiliates earn 40% commission on all subscription payments and renewals.
• Payouts are issued 60 days after the payment is confirmed.
• The minimum payout threshold is $300.
• Promotional materials are provided.
• Direct linking to WeBeezzy is prohibited; affiliate traffic must be routed through an intermediary site owned by the affiliate.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts within France. This may be updated in the future if the business entity relocates.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
